<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>Layer depicts the Metro Fish and Wildlife regulatory program defined in Exhibit A to Metro Resolution No. 04-3506A. The layer divides the region's significant habitat into high, moderate, low, or no conservation area. These designations where established by comparing ecological values to competing development and policy values. Local jurisdictions could adopt this map as part of the model ordinance or develop their own programs and maps to substantially comply.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV>
The layer and supporting reports are the culmination of Metro's Environmental, Social, Economic, and Energy (ESEE) consequences analysis for Fish and Wildlife habitat protection.

Registered to tax lots. Street center lines were digitized from aerial orthophotography at +/- 10 feet accuracy. Tax lots were fit to the street centerlines. Beaverton, Oregon City and Tigard planning areas were improved to +/- 5 feet accuracy. Multnomah County was created with coordinate geometry using better control.
Data recalculated to correct error in calculating urban development value where wetlands in areas of regional significant industrial land were incorrectly calculated.
